The Chief Creative Officer, Asia Pacific for Golin, Shouvik leads data-driven, earned-first creative ideas to inspire and create change for its clients across the region. As the leader of the Creative Intelligence Unit at the Golin Group, he spearheaded its efforts to conceptualise and launch Golin's AI Incubator SPARK. Shouvik is also a founding member of Inter Public Group's (IPG) Global AI Steering Committee. As the Executive Vice President, Global Creative Innovation, he is also responsible for creating new products and proprietary solutions that in turn will spur growth for clients, the agency and the industry. Shouvik has led multiple award-winning campaigns for brands including Guinness, Heineken, LinkedIn, McDonald's, Nespresso, Panasonic, Porsche, Samsung, Tiger Beer, Twitter, Uber, Volvo Trucks, and several Unilever brands including Ben & Jerry's, Cornetto, Lux and Magnum. Shouvik has been the PR Jury President and on Glass and Integrated Juries at SPIKES Asia and on PR Jury at Cannes Lions. He has been featured as one of the #Innovator25 in APAC by Provoke Media, amongst 20 Global Indians in Communications by Reputation Today. He is named PR Champion of the Year (Agency) at Marketing Magazine's PR Awards Asia 2025. He is an Executive Sponsor for Golin's Asia Pacific Islanders ERG and represents Golin as a RISE Champion at IPG.
