Cadbury is a brand rooted in British culture, and generation after generation of the public have made Cadbury what it is today. To celebrate the anniversary, we wanted to celebrate 200 years of belonging to Britain. ‘Yours for 200 years’ was a campaign that ensured the British public were the hero. The nation was asked to search their attics, wardrobes and garages for old photos that featured Cadbury products. Thousands of photographs were sent in, which were then displayed as part of our campaign on OOH sites across the country. We developed an AI tool that allowed you to see yourself in a historic Cadbury poster from actual designs over the last 200 years. And for TV, we retold our famous Mum’s Birthday ad, showing the ever-present generous instinct in all of us - this time played out over 200 years of British history.
