In just over 4 years, Benjamin has helped reshape EssenceMediacom's creative offering, integrating media, content, social and partnership teams to create a new kind of cross-disciplinary creative team. This new way of working has helped the agency win its first ever Gold Lion in Entertainment and be recognized as the most creative media agency by WARC, 2 years in a row. His career spans decades from creative and entertainment companies to media, including McCann, Taxi, TBWAChiatDay, JWT, Narrative and now EssenceMediacom, where he holds the global position as Chief Creative and Content officer. Benjamin also held leadership positions at TBWAChiatDay, becoming one of the most awarded agencies in Canada. At McCann, he wrote and directed The Greatest Action Movie Ever. The movie sold to Disney, premiered nationwide, and was a winner at SXSW.
