Skye Deluz is a Creative Director and Art Director at Rethink whose work for brands like IKEA, Kraft Heinz, Nestlé, Scotiabank and Molson has been recognized at nearly every major award show. She began her career in fashion, where she developed a love for detail, design, and storytelling. Today, she approaches creativity through collaboration and purpose — while advocating for diverse voices in the industry. She channels that same obsession with craft into her favourite side hobby: building dollhouse miniatures.
