Before becoming a creative director of MullenLowe TREYNA, Roman started out in TV and Film production and eventually fell in love with advertising. Coming from his film festival finalists and grants from Cinemalaya Philippine Independent Film Festival, and Cinema One Originals, he dived into another world of creativity. 

He is a creative with a history of award-winning campaigns in Cannes Lions, Clios, New York Festivals, Spikes Asia, Adfest, Mad Stars, Kidlat Awards, Boomerang Awards, WARC, and more. His work for Quezon City's Right to Care Card won 30 metals including multiple firsts for the Philippines: first Spikes Glass Grand Prix, first Adfest PR Lotus Gold, and first Gold Pencil at the Award Awards in Australia. His other notable campaigns are GULPihan sa 7-Eleven, Comelec's Magparehistro Ka, Sakay Halfway Calculator, FWDs Gamer Insurance, Closeup's #WhereLoveRules Live Map, Smaller and Smaller Circles' The Killer Chatbot, and Knorr Undercover Recipe Twit-torial.
