Neale is the Executive Creative Director at elvis, responsible for the agency's creative output across iconic brands including Cadbury, Odeon, LADbible, Trebor, Greenpeace, Pepsi Max and not to mention multi-award winning campaigns for Creme Egg. After creating the agency positioning and definition of creativity 'Unexpected & Unforgettable' he has helped elvis bring in over 40 major creative awards in recent years - including three Cannes Lions, six D&AD Pencils and four Clio Awards.
