Irene Kugelmann

Since October 2023, Irene has been responsible for the creative product of DDB Germany Group across all offices. The passionate creative director has extensive international experience in communication and strategy, having studied and worked in Canada, Erlangen, Switzerland, the USA, Netherlands and the UK. She has worked on challenging international projects in marketing and communication, both on the agency and the client side. Her track record spans 25 years with positions at Wieden+Kennedy Amsterdam, BBH London, Zalando HQ, Meta London and, most recently, DDB Germany. She has worked on brands such as Nike, HypoVereinsbank, HP+, Facebook, Coca-Cola, Heineken, Ferrero, Zalando and Instagram.
