Kwik Fit are huge in the UK car maintenance market. Unfortunately, that means they aren't always given the same humanity and trust that local, independent garages receive.

But in reality, they are just as part of the local community as anyone else - the only difference being the higher level of training and services they provide. Our aim was simple - champion the great technicians and their extensive capabilities. So rather than an enigmatic spokesperson waxing lyrical, we had a Kwik Fit technician literally roll through all of the reasons why customers will drive away happy every time. Their deadpan yet informed approach reflects the experience people receive at Kwik Fit. Meanwhile, these ‘dry’ proof-points were coupled with surreal comedy from director Harold Einstein to create a stand-out film that made sure the British public ‘drove away happy’.
